Both lines take advantage of Gotham's state-of-the-art build quality and offer superior performance with perfect signal transfer and ultimate reliability.

Both lines produce fabulous results, but the Premier Line enjoys superior advantages such as gold-plated connectors, a braided outer jacket, four-conductor Starquad construction, and Double-Ruessen shielding.

Starquad construction goes further by using four wires instead of two: two each for positive and negative and a single ground. This helps further shield audio from RFI (radio frequency interference) even more than a traditional 3-conductor cable.

Double-Ruessen shielding goes far beyond more traditional techniques in two ways: First, the cable is wrapped with not one but TWO separate shields, and second, the outer shield is wrapped in a direction opposite to the inner one. This creates stronger, more comprehensive EMI shielding and can lead to a surprising reduction in interference. Double-Reussen shielding is a bit more expensive to produce, but currently represents the pinnacle of balanced cable technology.

Warm Audio put gold connectors in the Premier line primarily because gold offers more corrosion resistance than other precious metals.
