Description

EX DEMO Vox, in collaboration with Tony Bruno, one of America's most famous and appreciated boutique amplifier designers, experiments with a new sound through the creation of the TB35C1 and TB35C2 tube amplifiers. The first collaboration between Tony Bruno and Vox dates back to the 90s, but has intensified recently through contributions to the creation of other models, such as the Nightrain series. Although the pedigree is totally British, the TB Series have an undeniable American sound. The all-tube chassis includes 4 6V6 tubes, famous for their defined highs, creamy mids and full-bodied lows, as well as for the rich "breakup" when they go into saturation. The preamp stage consists of 3 12AX7 tubes plus an additional 12AX7 accompanied by a 12AT7 that manages the reverb. Together they create a sound very close to Blues and Country made in the USA. The single-channel preamp offers 2 inputs (High and Low) as well as Volume, Bass, Middle and Treble controls. The amps in the series are equipped with Celestion G12-65 speakers. Main features: Circuit designed by Tony Bruno; Vintage American tube voicing; All-tube design; Tube reverb; High quality spring reverb; Macho mode controllable via footswitch; Bass Boost; Master Volume bypass switch; Celestion G12-65 speaker(s); Custom transformers; 12AX7/ECC83 (x 3) preamp tubes; 12AT7 (x 1) + 12AX7 (x 1) reverb tubes; 6V6 (x 4) power tubes; 35W RMS; Footswitch included; Cover included. The Tony Bruno series amps have a series of unique features that make them truly special and easy to manage. Macho switch: boost capable of giving power to the sound, without altering its naturalness. It can be activated via footswitch and possibly also used permanently to vary the sound of the amp and experiment with new sound combinations. Bass Boost: useful for emphasizing the low sounds of the amp and guitar. Master Volume bypass: allows "purists
