D'Addario VENN: advanced synthetic reeds made from polymer fibers, resins, and elements of natural cane. Designed to offer musicians the benefits of synthetic reeds without compromising the sound and flexibility of cane reeds.

Developed by the industry's most renowned engineers, VENN reeds mark a new era in wind instrument innovation, combining the stability and longevity of synthetic reeds with the sound and feel of natural cane. To reproduce the organic structure of cane, we applied a reverse engineering process to the material itself, layering different polymer fibers together with resin and elements of natural cane, thus obtaining the reed's profile.
