B-flat clarinet mouthpiece.Tip opening 1/100 mm (119.5). Vandoren developed the Series 13 mouthpiece specifically for American clarinetists who play at A=440 Hz. Initially, four models were developed with a specific front for this series: M13, M13 Lyre, M15, and M30. The Series 13 line also includes other traditional facing models: 5RV, 5RV Lyre, B45, B40, and B40 Lyre. Same facing as the B45 with a wider tip rail. This mouthpiece produces a compact and centered sound.
