The V847 is Vox's electric guitar wah pedal in black and chrome, with a sandblasted finish and cracks. Inspired by the original 1960s model, it offers the same tone with the addition of AC power and features an input buffer to preserve the tone of the unprocessed guitar. With the new inductor, it is particularly dynamic.

OVERVIEW OF THE VOX V847 WAH

Based on the specifications of the original pedal developed by VOX in the 1960s, the new Wah-Wah offers guitarists the same legendary tone with the added capability of AC power and a buffered input jack to preserve the tone of the unprocessed guitar when the pedal is not engaged. The pedal's inductor has been redesigned to more closely match the specifications of the original VOX wah inductors, for improved dynamics and tone. These additions will be useful to musicians of all genres who use a wah pedal as an integral part of their sound.
