The DUO UKUBASS is the electrified bass ukulele from Eko Guitars' "Duo" series. It is made with Mahogany top, back and sides, Okoume neck, and a 16-fret fretless fingerboard with South American Roupanà position markers. With a nut width of 45 mm and a scale length of 512 mm, it features a satin open-pore finish. It is amplified with the Eko UK-300 system (piezoelectric) which includes volume controls, a three-band EQ, and a display tuner. A very fun, practical, lightweight, and high-performing instrument when amplified, suitable for both beginners and professionals.

After the Guitalele, the Ukubass, a fusion between a bass and a ukulele, was a must. Thanks to its very elastic polyurethane and silicone strings, the Ukubass is tuned like a traditional bass (EADG) while maintaining the same octave. Thanks to the fretless fingerboard with position markers, it is perfect for both experienced players and for introducing children to music. The Ukubass is equipped with a preamplifier with integrated tuner, low battery level LED, volume, treble, mid, and bass controls. Striving to expand its musical instrument offerings as much as possible, Eko Guitars offers a section dedicated to the world of the Ukulele, an instrument commonly associated with Hawaii that provides the listener with a sense of relaxation and well-being.
