The black version of the three-way active monitor produced in France for recording studios, the Focal Trio6 ST6 Black, features an 8" subwoofer with a 'W' cone, a 5" midrange with TMD technology, and a new beryllium inverted dome tweeter utilizing IAL technology. Both cones are individually amplified with 100W RMS in Class G, while 50W RMS in Class AB are reserved for the high-frequency driver. The MAX SPL is 115dB, while the extended frequency response ranges from 35Hz to 40kHz (@ -3dB). The Trio6 ST6 Black can be positioned horizontally or vertically and features a Dual Focus mode - both one-way and two-way - to offer listening from three different monitors.
