The 412ce-R in solid rosewood/spruce features Taylor's compact Grand Concert body shape, a shorter 24-7/8-inch scale length for greater comfort, and a Venetian cutaway that provides increased access to the upper frets.

Rosewood adds an extra touch of brilliance in the higher frequencies, while the smaller body will accentuate details, allowing the guitar to stand out well in a mix with other instruments. V-Class bracing has been added to improve the volume and sustain of this model, adding power and presence to a guitar that performs across all genres and situations.
