The Suhr Classic Antique is proof that you can create an instrument with vintage feel and look, without sacrificing playability and tone. This guitar was designed to guarantee the playability of a custom Suhr instrument, while preserving the spirit of a vintage instrument. Impeccable craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail ensure that all neck pockets are perfectly tight, that every fret is perfectly finished, and that every instrument is ready for maximum performance before leaving the factory.

The new Classic Antique now includes as standard: the innovative proprietary SUHR SSCII (Silent Single-Coil) hum-cancelling system, a vintage neck with a nitrocellulose finish and stainless steel frets, and the option of a maple or rosewood fretboard.

The nitrocellulose lacquer finish, and Suhr's exclusive proprietary aging process, make the Classic Antique look like instruments that have been played for years and years!
