The Ray5 bass is the cousin of the Music Man StingRay 5. Basswood body, Canadian Maple neck and Canadian Maple or Jatoba fretboard are the woods chosen for the construction of the Ray5 series. It features Open Gear tuners and a Fixed bridge, and the ceramic Humbucker is accompanied by an active 2-band preamp. This iconic instrument has accompanied generations of bassists since the late 70s. Simple and clean look, recognizable and respected. Available in Black, Mint Green, Red Burst Satin, Blue Satin, Vintage Sunburst Satin, and Walnut Satin finishes.
