Sterling By Musicman AXIS FLAME MAPLE TOP NEPTUNE BLUE

The AX3FM Axis model in Neptune Blue features a flame maple veneer top, poplar body, Canadian maple neck and fretboard, diecast tuners, and a Fulcrum Tremolo bridge.

It is equipped with HH configuration pickups with volume and tone controls plus a 5-position pickup selector that allows the two humbuckers to also be used as single coil pickups, offering the guitarist various sound possibilities, with typical nuances of both H and S pickups.

It features a nut width of 42 mm, a 12" radius, and a scale length of 648 mm with a 22-fret narrow fretboard.

A particular characteristic of this model is the asymmetry of the neck, which provides greater comfort for the left hand. A classic and original design, familiar to all fans of great guitars, the AX3FM has its roots in the Music Man Axis, the venerable cutaway guitar that entered the scene in the early 90s.
