Thanks to its frequency response and construction design, the Shure SRH440A headphones are perfect for musicians playing in recording studios, podcasters, DJs, video makers, creators, and all producers who dabble in home recording. Despite the affordable price, the sound reproduction of the SRH440A is transparent and natural across the covered frequency range (10/22000Hz), thanks to the 40mm drivers that use low-distortion neodymium magnets. 

The passive isolation is excellent, achieved using quality materials and construction choices that, during the design phase, focused on allowing the user to concentrate fully on their performance or on the audio material to be edited. By reducing potential microphone bleed, the Shure SRH440A headphones are an excellent choice for tracking in recording studios and for podcasts or live streams where multiple speakers interact in the same room. You can use them for headphone monitoring of multiple musicians simultaneously, each with their own SRH440A, for vocal recording or while playing drums.

Given the increasing necessity for exposure on social media, in videos, and photos, Shure has also taken care of the aesthetics of your SRH440A headphones, which feature an elegant, all-black design (including the stitching on the comfortable headband padding) with the white logo prominently displayed on the earcups, which will appear discreet and give you that touch of professionalism that never hurts. Included with the Shure SRH440A is a 3-meter long "straight" cable, removable thanks to the bayonet connector that ensures a secure and optimal lock on the left earcup where the dedicated socket is located. The cable terminates with a 1/8" mini-jack connector and comes with the appropriate gold-plated 1/4" (6.3 mm) jack adapter. If you then can no longer do without your Shure SRH440A headphones, with the RMCH1-UNI accessory cable (not included) - equipped with a TRRS connector, microphone, and control buttons - you can also use them with your smartphone, tablet, or computer for phone calls or video calls.
