The Alder body has a 3-color Sunburst, the 60s maple neck with a gloss finish has an Indian Laurel fretboard with 21 medium-jumbo frets and a modern 9.5" radius. The full-bodied sound comes from the Alnico V single-coil pickups.

Fast attack with slightly boosted midrange and an amazing bridge pickup with staggered pole pieces to provide better string-to-string balance.
