An Alnico 5 bar magnet and a special coil wind give the Jazz Model neck a glass-like treble response and full, tight lows, while scooped mids help every note sing clearly even with extremely high gain – or even more extreme speed. The Jazz Model bridge features a unique coil wind to deliver a treble-emphasized bridge tone, a nice tight bottom end, and a quiet midrange. The result is a clear, bright humbucker that will truly make bigger chords shine and single notes sound crisp and clear. Hand-built in our Santa Barbara, California factory, Jazz Model humbuckers feature an Alnico 5 bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and are vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance.
