Thanks to advanced acoustic design, discrete Class A circuitry, low-pass filter switches, and the absence of output transformers, sE7 delivers superior, clean, and natural sound quality across all frequencies. The microphone does not suffer from "harshness" in the high frequencies or lack of "punch" in the lows, making it suitable for recording any instrument and is also available as a matched stereo pair. The discrete electronics and attenuation pads ensure an extended dynamic range, allowing the handling of high sound pressure levels (SPL) with low self-noise.
