During recording, the Clip Safe function analyzes the signal level at the inputs up to 96,000 times per second, automatically adjusting the gain to prevent distortion and unwanted artifacts typically introduced by limiters. Clip Safe ensures you never lose a recording, especially in environments and with acoustic instruments capable of generating high sound pressure; not only in the studio, you'll find it very useful for outdoor recordings and live performances.
