Simply connect any compatible Roland trigger pad to the TM-1 and play the sounds you need directly, or mount an RT series trigger on an acoustic drum and play your sampled sound layered, perfectly synchronized, without any delay. Importing your favorite sounds into the TM-1 is incredibly easy, thanks to the free editor app for Mac/Windows and iOS/Android.

Just connect the TM-1 to your device, open the app, import samples from the library, and modify the settings as needed. When it's time to play on stage, the battery-powered or AC adapter-powered TM-1 can be easily controlled with your foot thanks to the built-in switches.

It's also possible to mute the hybrid sound by pressing a pedal, allowing you to play entirely acoustic verses and unleash the full power of extra hybrid sounds for the chorus.
