The AX-Edge features a sleek, modern design with a customizable look via interchangeable Edge Blades, 49 full-sized keys, and a selection of sounds specifically designed for keytarists. And throughout the AX-Edge, you'll find design features crafted to give you the freedom and reliability to express yourself to the fullest on stage.
Stage presence is everything, and you work hard to develop your image as a solo performer or band. The AX-Edge is designed not only to look stunning on stage but also to best match your unique style. It's available in black or white, and each color has individual design elements that make it stand out, such as the "blacker-than-black" keys and removable Edge Blades. The AX-Edge comes with an extra Edge Blade (a silver Edge Blade for the black model and a gold Edge Blade for the white one), and you can even create your own original designs. Create the look that suits your band's style or change the Edge Blades for a fresh new appearance.
We didn't just throw generic preset sounds into the AX-Edge, but a carefully curated selection of tones created with our latest technologies. The internal sounds are optimized for stage performance, producing tones that always cut through, even in the loudest ensembles. Dedicated favorite tone buttons give you immediate access to aggressive leads, big, full basses, and a wide selection of keyboard sounds perfect for the performing keytarist, whether soloing or sharing the stage with bandmates. If you want to customize your sounds, you can connect to the AX-Edge editor app with Bluetooth MIDI for wireless tone editing. Splits and layers let you make the most of the extensive keyboard, and an arsenal of stunning new effects, including master compressor and equalizer, create a studio-quality sound, perfectly refined for any occasion. And thanks to the Tone Remain function, you can seamlessly switch sounds on stage without worrying about unnaturally cut notes or effect tails.
