The kit consists of two RØDE NT5 microphones.

Included are: a case containing, in addition to the two microphones, two mounts and two wind shields.

The NT5 is RØDE's flagship small-diaphragm, condenser, cardioid microphone, sometimes referred to as a 'pencil' microphone due to its shape.

Designed for recording acoustic instruments, drum overheads, cymbals, and live performances, the compact, externally polarized microphone features a 1/2" capsule and an active J-FET impedance converter with a bipolar output amplifier.

Its tight cardioid polar pattern also makes it ideal for capturing dialogue in indoor environments for film shoots, on a boom pole or telescopic arm.

The NT5's versatility is enhanced by the ability to mount the interchangeable omnidirectional capsule (NT45-O). Finished in durable satin nickel, the NT5 is available individually or as an acoustically matched pair.

The NT5 is designed and manufactured in Australia and is covered by RØDE Microphones' industry-leading 10-year warranty.
