The REVV G2 is an overdrive pedal. The latest addition to the REVV pedal series, representing 3 of the 4 channels of the REVV Generator 120 head in stompbox format.

Once again, the Canadian company got it right and produced an excellent overdrive, absolutely faithful to the sound of the "green channel" of the Generator 120, with the added bonus of being usable simply as a clean boost (even at low gain, it maintains excellent signal transparency). Therefore, it's perfect for use as a volume boost to get a bit more headroom for your clean parts, or as an overdrive for your rhythm sections and riffs, or even to give more drive to your solos or the sound of your more aggressive rhythms.
