Remo Emperor Clear drumheads are made with two unbonded plies of 7-mil (0.1778 millimeter) Mylar® and are suitable as batter heads for toms and floor toms. They are the brightest two-ply heads and are much more durable than the classic Weatherking series. Due to their open tone, they are preferred for rock, pop, and R&B music. Sound quality: tone: medium bright (4 out of 5) sustain: medium (3 out of 5) durability: medium-high (4 out of 5)
