Description

The Ranger 6 Natural Visual Note is the dreadnought-shaped acoustic guitar from Eko Guitars' "Visual Note" series, featuring a Spruce top, Linden back and sides, Okoumè neck, and South American Roupanà fretboard, equipped with a Visual Note LED strip that interfaces with a dedicated APP. The APP includes video lessons, exercises, a tuner, scales, and arpeggios that are transferred in real-time directly to the fretboard LEDs to guide the user in a fun learning experience.

OVERVIEW OF THE EKO GUITARS RANGER 6 NATURAL VISUAL NOTE

Visual Note is a device composed of an LED strip and a control unit to be applied directly to the guitar's fretboard (electric, acoustic, classical), and an APP capable of managing all its functions. Visual Note is primarily aimed at guitar students and teachers, providing all the necessary tools for both learning and teaching. This system allows you to learn guitar independently, wherever, whenever, and however you want, by following the guide lights directly on the guitar's fretboard and the reference audio. If you are a teacher, you can assign exercises, scales, arpeggios, and songs (via the APP) that the student will instantly visualize and follow on their fretboard. It's a super interactive, direct, engaging teaching and learning method – education 2.0.

The Eko Ranger 6 features the classic Dreadnought shape with a Spruce top and Linden back and sides. The neck is made of Okoumè with a South American Roupanà fretboard with 20 frets, and a plastic nut and saddle. Ranger is undoubtedly the word that resonates most in Eko's history and has helped establish it as a brand at a European level. Born under the name J-52, this guitar has been updated and improved over time, leading to the J-54 (6-string) and J-56 (12-string) versions, which in 1967 were renamed Ranger VI and Ranger XII, respectively. Famous for their excellent value for money and their indestructibility, they are still found today in the homes of many guitarists, perhaps in a corner of the living room as a decorative object. Perfect for those taking their first steps into the world of acoustic guitar, it is available in several color variations: Natural, Black, Blue Sunburst, Brown Sunburst, and Red Sunburst.
