OVERVIEW OF THE RANGER CW EQ RED SUNBURST BY EKO GUITARS

The Eko Ranger 6 EQ features the classic Dreadnought shape with a Spruce top and Linden back and sides. The neck is Okoumè with a South American Roupanà fretboard with 20 frets, a plastic saddle, and nut. The onboard preamp is the Eko SE30: the system controls the piezo pickup and offers Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble controls, Phase Inverter, and a display tuner. Ranger is certainly the word that resonates most in Eko's history and has contributed to establishing it as a brand at a European level. Born with the name J-52, this guitar is updated and improved each time until it reaches the J-54 (6-string) and J-56 (12-string) versions, which in 1967 were renamed Ranger VI and Ranger XII respectively. Famous for their excellent value for money and their indestructibility, they are still present today in the homes of many guitarists, perhaps in a corner of the living room as a piece of furniture.
