OVERVIEW OF THE EKO GUITARS RANGER CW EQ BLACK

The Eko Ranger 6 EQ features the classic Dreadnought shape with a Spruce top and Linden back and sides. The neck is made of Okoume with a 20-fret South American Roupanà fretboard, and plastic saddle and nut. The onboard preamplifier is the Eko SE30: the system controls the piezoelectric pickup and offers controls for Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble, Phase Inverter, and a display tuner. Ranger is certainly the word that resonates most in Eko's history and has contributed to establishing it as a European brand. Born under the name J-52, this guitar is updated and improved each time until it reaches the J-54 (6-string) and J-56 (12-string) versions, which in 1967 were renamed Ranger VI and Ranger XII respectively. Famous for their excellent value for money and their indestructibility, they are still present today in the homes of many guitarists, perhaps in a corner of the living room as a piece of furniture.
