OVERVIEW OF THE EKO GUITARS RANGER 6 EQ BLACK

The Eko Ranger 6 EQ features the classic Dreadnought shape with a Spruce top and Linden back and sides. The neck is made of Okoume with a 20-fret South American Roupana fretboard, and a plastic nut and saddle. The onboard preamplifier is the Eko SE30: the system controls the piezo pickup and offers Volume, Bass, Middle, Treble, Phase Inverter controls, and a display tuner. Ranger is certainly the word that resonates most in Eko's history and has helped establish it as a brand at a European level. Born as the J-52, this guitar was constantly updated and improved until the J-54 (6-string) and J-56 (12-string) versions were released, which were named Ranger VI and Ranger XII respectively in 1967. Famous for their excellent value for money and their indestructibility, they are still present today in the homes of many guitarists, perhaps in a corner of the living room as a decorative object.
