<p><strong>AB168</strong> is a portable remote AudioRack for use with Allen & Heath GLD and Qu mixer series in live and installation applications.</p><p>Equipped with <strong>16 microphone preamps</strong> with Phantom power indicators and <strong>8 XLR line outputs</strong>, thanks to Allen & Heath's proprietary dSNAKE protocol, the <strong>AB168</strong> AudioRack is compatible with Qu and GLD range mixers.</p><p>Integrating a Qu or GLD system with an <strong>AB168</strong> rack allows you to position some or all of the I/O up to 120m from the mixer. The unit connects to Qu/GLD mixers via a single Cat5 cable or to the AR2412 AudioRack via the dSNAKE EtherCon port. A second EtherCon port is available for connection to another AB168 rack or to the ME personal mixing system. <strong>AB168</strong> self-updates its firmware to synchronize with the system.</p><p>The robust design of the rack, featuring <strong>rubber bumpers</strong>, makes it <strong>suitable for touring</strong> and allows it to be placed on stage during live performances. With a <strong>weight of only 4.8kg</strong> and a sturdy carrying handle, <strong>AB168</strong> is designed for maximum practicality and portability.
