The Allen & Heath Qu-6D is a digital mixer that blends the quality of 96kHz XCVI processing with the flexibility of the Dante network, offering a compact yet comprehensive solution for complex AV environments, broadcast, rental, and technical touring. It is designed for those who work daily with high connectivity standards without compromising operational simplicity.

At the heart of the Qu-6D is the Allen & Heath XCVI FPGA processor, designed to ensure ultra-high-resolution audio and extremely low latency. With a total of 38 inputs (32 mono, 3 stereo), 12 configurable mixes, and 4 matrices, the mixer is perfectly equipped for managing complex productions. The 6 FX engines with dedicated returns also allow for the creation of sophisticated soundscapes, directly onboard.

Thanks to the integrated 16x16 Dante interface (48/96kHz), the Qu-6D allows for seamless integration into existing digital infrastructures, with full interoperability with Dante-compatible stageboxes, audio matrices, and DSP systems. The locking EtherCon connector ensures reliability even in the most complex setups.

On the hardware front, the mixer offers 25 100mm motorized faders distributed across 4 customizable layers, 24 Mic/Line inputs on XLR/Jack combo, 16 XLR outputs, and the necessary connections for line, talkback, headphones, and digital AES3. The 7" capacitive touchscreen and the chromatic LED display with meters for each channel simplify interaction and make mix management immediate, even for sound engineers accustomed to analog systems.

The Qu-6D includes intelligent features such as Gain Assistant and Feedback Assistant, which speed up setup and make soundchecks quick and accurate. It also features an integrated 32-channel AMM (Automatic Mic Mixer), ideal for conferences and events where speech clarity is crucial.

The equipment is completed by a 32x32 USB-C interface for multichannel recording to DAW, an SD card slot for multitrack recording (32x32 at 48kHz or 16x16 at 96kHz), a USB-A port for stereo recording, and an SLink port for expanding I/O via Allen & Heath Everything I/O stageboxes.
