Designed for 8″ snare drums, the Custom series snare wires have 12 medium-gauge strands, ensuring a good balance between the snare wire sound and the shell sound.

Custom Series snare wires are characterized by medium-gauge strands evenly distributed across the entire width.

The Custom line offers four different strand configurations that can be used to balance the tonal component of the snare drum with those of the rest of the drum kit.

Units with more strands tend to allow the snare drum to be more active in influencing the sound, while those with fewer strands allow the overall drum sound to be more prominent.
