LED Meter with excellent display resolution

The LED Meter has excellent resolution thanks to the use of 17 LEDs that guarantee the most detailed frequency display; furthermore, when two adjacent LEDs are lit, their brightness can vary to indicate the fluctuation of the frequency itself.

Detected note names are displayed in uppercase

A new, specially designed LED with a 12 + 1 (= #) segment is used to clearly display the 4th string (D) and the 2nd string (B) of the guitar in uppercase characters. The display can be vertically inverted even when attached to the back of the headstock.

Angle optimization

Pitchclip 2+ allows the clip to remain in a fixed position, while only the screen is oriented to the most favorable position for the musician.

Tuning functions

Pitchclip 2+ provides high-precision tuning with a tolerance of only ± 0.1 cent (* in Strobe or Half Strobe mode).

Calibration (Pitch)

Calibration allows you to adjust the reference frequency (Pitch or Tuning Fork: A440 = 436 to 445 Hz) to match other instruments or voices such as an orchestra, choir or piano.

Display Inversion

On Pitchclip 2+, the LED Meter can be vertically inverted to display data correctly even when the tuner is attached to the back of the headstock. This feature is appreciated by left-handed guitarists, or by those who want to make it less visible to the audience.

Strobe and Half Strobe Modes

The Strobe and Half Strobe modes of Pitchclip 2+, thanks to the fluctuation of the LEDs, display frequency differences with great precision (± 0.1 cent), thus allowing them to be easily corrected for consistently precise and accurate tuning.

Display Preview

When switching between 1. Normal mode, 2. Strobe and 3. Half Strobe, a preview of the LED movement is displayed for several seconds, allowing the unit to be used without memorizing the corresponding mode.

Solid Grip Clip

The Clip is designed to have a very firm grip on the headstock, it is entirely coated in rubber to provide greater grip and protect the instrument; it easily adapts to headstocks of all shapes and thicknesses.

Battery Life

Pitchclip 2+ has a continuous operating autonomy of approximately 18 hours thanks to a lithium battery (CR2032); its extremely low weight: 20 gr. including the battery itself, allows it to be attached to the headstock even during a performance. The tuner has an AUTO POWER OFF function, which automatically deactivates it when not in use for about three minutes, thus avoiding energy waste and optimizing battery life.

For Pitchclip 2+, transparent packaging has been used to make it visible and therefore more easily identifiable among other similar products placed in the store; in this way, the buyer can more easily check its color, design, and actual dimensions at the time of purchase.
