PaAS MK2 is a high-quality listening system specifically designed by KORG for the Top Arranger Keyboard Pa5X. Compact in size, made of aluminum, it consists of 3 ways: treble, mid, bass, with 5 speakers and is capable of delivering approximately 30+60 W Stereo power. PaAS MK2 connects to the arranger via the proprietary Smart Connect connection, which requires no additional cables. Practical and lightweight to transport, it can be effectively used to amplify Pa5X in medium-sized environments, or as a personal monitor on stage.

• The efficient (optional) amplification system PaAS MK2 reproduces the sound of Pa5X in Hi-Fi class with high dynamics, connecting to the arranger without additional cables via the exclusive patented Smart Connect system. 
    
• PaAS MK2 can also be used with previous Pa models, such as Pa4X, Pa3X or Pa3XLe (*). 

*The speaker power depends on the model to which the system is connected. Maximum power and the most dynamic sound can be achieved when PaAS MK2 is connected to one of the 3 Pa5X models.

Adapt settings to every operating situation

With Pa5X, you can select a different Mastering Preset from Waves MaxxAudio® for the audio outputs and headphones, or the PaAS MK2 speaker system itself. Each Waves Preset contains settings for a full 7-band parametric equalizer and for the MaxxAudio® Suite. Settings can be different for each output, output line, or speaker system.

PaAS MK2 is ideal for use as a standalone listening system on stage or at home. You can set the output level, EQ, and MaxxAudio® values for PaAS MK2, while the main outputs use a different Preset. This is ideal for adjusting the monitoring level separately from the stage amplification system.

Parameter control and sound modeling

The 7-band parametric equalizer and other Waves MaxxAudio® software tools allow you to correct the acoustic response of Pa5X based on the environment in which the keyboard itself is used. In the same way, an equalization curve specifically calibrated for home listening or any other environment can be saved and automatically recalled. PaAS MK2 is an incredibly versatile and efficient amplification system that interacts directly with the KORG Pa5X operating system.
