The Tenor Saxophone mouthpiece 5 is made of Ebonite and has a 2.03 mm opening. Otto Link mouthpieces, whether in ebonite or metal, are the choice of many jazz musicians, thanks to a larger than standard resonant chamber, providing a full sound and unparalleled projection.

Otto Link mouthpieces include a plastic protective cap and a metal double-screw ligature that ensures a perfect grip of the saxophone on the mouthpiece. The 24k gold-plated metal mouthpieces, on the other hand, come with a single-screw ligature. The ligature clamps a plate positioned near the heel of the reed, exerting its pressure at four points, thus offering greater ease of vibration.
