We have foregone the usual 9V battery option, both to save space and to allow us to take a high-current approach, resulting in lower noise floors and superior tone. Origin Effects pedals are designed to deliver flawless performance using a range of power supplies.

We recommend you use only a regulated power supply specifically designed for guitar pedal applications, as power supplies that do not feature sufficient internal filtering can cause unwanted noise.
