This viola offers musicians quality performance and extraordinary freedom of expression.</p><h2>NXT4a VIOLA KEY FEATURES</h2><br><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Polar™ Pickup</strong><br>The heart of the NXT4a viola is the Polar™ Pickup System, directly driven by string vibration and capable of reproducing a full sound spectrum with maximum clarity. A switch located next to the Tone and Volume controls allows you to select Bowed or Pizzicato mode, further expanding the sonic range of this instrument.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Dual Mode Output</strong><br>The new Dual Mode electronics of the NXTa series increase the instrument's versatility. To use active mode, simply connect the viola to power for 60 seconds to get about 16 hours of performance once unplugged. The instrument can be connected to any low or high impedance device, without the need for a D.I. The absence of signal loss allows for very long cables while maintaining the full frequency range offered. If the viola is connected to a D.I. or a high-impedance input of an amplifier, passive mode can be used.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Custom Shoulder Rest</strong><br>The Custom shoulder rest features a malleable aluminum base that allows you to adapt it to the shape of your chest and shoulder. But what happens if you unfortunately forget or lose the Power Charger? </p><p>Don't despair! While we don't promote the use of batteries, in this case the only two things you'll need to charge your system are a stereo cable and a common 9V battery.</p><center>    <img width="100%" src="https://www.algameko.com/images/uploads/recarchingtip_147f.jpg"></center>        <p>Insert the stereo cable into your instrument, connect the ring of the connector to the positive terminal and the sleeve to the negative terminal. Hold the position for about 60 seconds and play your instrument for a good 16 hours. The system will not be damaged if the connector/battery contact is accidentally made incorrectly. </p>
