After several years of research and experimentation, the new generation of Mooer effects has finally arrived: the powerful and fascinating pedals of the TWIN Series, Reecho Pro and Shimverb Pro.

ShimVerb Pro uses a powerful new 32-bit 44.1 kHz DSP chip with a new algorithm for incredibly improved sound response. The ShimVerb Pro features 6 different reverb types, with a Tap Tempo function that makes it easier to adjust the delay time. From Room to Hall, the ShimVerb Pro allows for various musical styles with very different reverb sound choices. Additionally, the ShimVerb Pro features Shimmer mode, with 5 different presets that can be combined with the reverb effects. Separate Wet and Dry controls allow for precise adjustment of the direct and effected sound, and thanks to high cut and low cut controls, equalization can also be adjusted. Other features of the ShimVerb Pro include the Octave function, stereo inputs and outputs, and the ability to store an internal preset.

Room: simulates reverb inside a room

Hall: simulates large reverberation inside a concert hall

Church: simulates the natural and deep reverb of a church

Plate: Simulates characteristic plate reverb

Spring: Simulates characteristic spring reverb

Shimmer Effect

The Shimverb Pro offers 5 types of Shimmer effect, specifically the addition of a modulation of +3, +4, +5, +7, up to +9 semitones. The OCTAVE switch can also add an octave effect simultaneously with the Shimmer effect. The Shimmer effect can be activated separately using the dedicated footswitch. The volume of the Shimmer effect can be adjusted by pressing and holding the Shimmer footswitch and simultaneously adjusting the Dry control.

Separate DRY and WET controls

The Dry control adjusts the amount of direct sound, while the Wet control adjusts the amount of effected sound.

HI CUT and LOW CUT controls

These controls adjust the treble and bass equalization of the effected sound.

Stereo Input/output

The Shimverb Pro features stereo inputs and outputs.

Trail ON/OFF function

Trail ON is the Buffered Bypass mode that allows the reverb tail to be maintained, even when the effect is deactivated, until it fades out. Trail Off, on the other hand, is the True Bypass mode in which the reverb effect is immediately cut off when deactivated.

Preset Saving

The Shimverb Pro allows you to save a preset to memory by simply pressing and holding both footswitches for at least 3 seconds. To recall the saved sound, simply press both footswitches again simultaneously.
