Lucio Carbone is an Italian luthier based in Milan. Born in 1959, he established himself as a luthier in 1983. In 1989, at the age of 30, he opened his workshop in Milan, where he builds high-quality guitars.

This guitar is truly remarkable. The accuracy of the color, texture, and patina of this Antonio de Torres copy makes it difficult even for a trained eye to recognize it as a new guitar. Carbone even transferred "false cracks" to the surface of the back and sides and created a facsimile of the original labels. Lucio Carbone's brand, found inside the guitar and on the back of the headstock, clarifies that this is a copy and not a plagiarism. This instrument was a special order to Lucio to build a Torres copy as realistic as possible, and the result is truly remarkable.
