The Nigel is a multi-stage FET preamp/overdrive guitar pedal with germanium diodes, true bypass.The Nigel Touch Overdrive is a pedal that sounds more like an amplifier than a simple pedal. It is a highly dynamic overdrive capable of going from a warm, semi-clean sound to a full crunch, all the way to saturated distortions. It provides the same dynamic response as a vintage tube amplifier, like having a Plexi in your pocket! It allows you to switch from clean to distorted sounds without ever muddying the tone.Being a full-range preamp, it also works well with keyboards.
