The Lakland Skyline Series 44-60 Custom Ice Blue Metallic MP is a high-quality four-string electric bass, offered at a truly competitive price.

Within the Lakland catalog, the Skyline series identifies entry-level instruments, but these are only entry-level in price, because they are built with the same components and the same attention to detail that the American brand puts into its high-end instruments. The Jazz Bass is always high in the preferences of instrumentalists, and Lakland wanted to re-propose this style with small modifications, all in the right places, towards better ergonomics.

The body is made of ash, very light with great sustain, while the neck is made of rock maple with a flat-sawn process, very smooth and easy to grip. The Ice Blue Metallic version differs from the rest of the range for its mother-of-pearl inlays with abalone corners and unbound fingerboard, for an even more distinctive instrument.
