QSC LA112 is a two-way active line array speaker with a 2400W Class D amplifier featuring 1600W peak on lows and 800W peak on highs, a frequency response of (-6dB) 58Hz – 20kHz, and 136dBSPL peak. The speaker features a 12-inch neodymium cone and two 1.75-inch compression tweeters. On the rear panel, there is a 2.4-inch 240x320 pixel RUI display for configuration, one XLR connector for line input, one XLR for Analog Thru, 2 RJ45 EtherCON connectors (in/thru) for Dante and QSC SysNav networks, and PowerCON TRUE1 connectors (in/out).

Various installation and suspended mounting solutions for extended throw, facilitated by QSC RapidDeploy technology

For suspended mounting, up to six units can be joined on an array frame. If stacked and ground-mounted, up to three LA112 units can be mounted on a single stand or two on a tripod. The intuitive and easy-to-mount QSC RapidDeploy™ rigging technology ensures quick installation in any situation, even for a single operator. The patented QSC LEAF™ (Length-Equalized Acoustic Flare) waveguide provides defined and uniform coverage (90° H x 15° V) and exceptional throw. The Acoustic Linear Phase (ALP) design, on the other hand, provides complementary coherence between QSC speakers distributed in the same audio system, offering a uniform listening experience throughout the designated area.

Easy control and configuration with the QSC SysNav app and QSC AWARE

The integrated QSC AWARE™ (Automatic Wireless Array Recognition) system communicates essential configuration information to the user via the rear user interface (RUI) of any speaker or via the QSC System Navigator™ app. The QSC SysNav™ (System Navigator) app also allows the user to design, configure, control, monitor, and apply signal processing to individual speakers, full arrays, or groupings of both. The AIM (Array Installation Modeling) prediction tool allows the user to visualize array coverage by placing virtual speakers and arrays in a scaled graphical model of a venue or installation space.
