When it first launched, the sheer large-scale nature of the 700's electronics left little room for additional features. Due to the reduced space within, the mono-Synthesizer had reduced functionality. Over time, electronics grew smaller and technology more powerful. Korg took advantage of this. The influx of space allowed the 700 FS to include a spring reverb. Rich, dark, and resonant, it's excellent for adding an unmistakable sense of depth to your sound.

What's more, the intuitive joystick provides incredible pitch bend and modulation possibilities. Other exciting new features include aftertouch, ensuring greater expressivity, whilst the built-in arpeggiator will breathe new life into any source. The new memory program removes the need to remember or note down the positions of your knobs and levers to recreate your sound. Adjustment can be performed at the mere touch of a button. It doesn't get any better than this!

Additional functionality

Inspired by the 700S, the 700 FS features additional functionality. It boasts not one but two oscillators, allowing you to achieve weird and wonderful sounds. Adjust them in real-time to your liking to create thick, de-tuned sonics that cut through even the densest of mixes.
