No batteries required: The output level of this passive Pickup is enough to be processed directly by the mixer or amplifier. Easy Installation: The main structural change to your guitar involves swapping the strap button for a corresponding jack. The Pure System uses three Pickups (transducers) that are attached under the bridge plate. This eliminates the need for saddle adjustments, saving a lot of work and fine-tuning. Furthermore, this is better for the guitar's sound, because the strings cause the top to vibrate directly, without introducing additional disruption. Thus, the natural, authentic, and full sound of the wood is transferred, without the harsh and sterile metallic sound of a conventional Piezo Pickup. What you hear is your guitar: the individual sound of your instrument and your playing style. Each transducer is for a pair of strings (EA, DG, BE) to produce a balanced sound so that no string is extremely loud or soft. Being close to the bridge retains the percussive sound of the strings and prevents feedback.
