This is exactly the premise behind Robert Keeley's Noble Screamer project. A pedal born from the incredible abilities of the Californian genius, his exquisite ear, and his limitless nerdiness: 4 effects in 1, with two very famous drive circuits combined with two equally new overdrive and distortion tones, similar to those of an amplifier. In a sense, a "modeling" of a pedal has been done, except that these are 100% analog circuits and you decide which tone control or clipping section you want to activate. You can choose between classic, super-proven overdrives or innovate your sound using new hybrid tones, with all the nuances in between, letting yourself be inspired solely by your taste and your ears. Despite the multitude of peculiarities, the pedal remains a simple, easy-to-use three-knob overdrive, another challenge that Mr. Kelley has always held dear. The innovation of the Noble Screamer doesn't end here: our new design features click-to-switch true-bypass and buffer, truly silent. The Keeley Noble Screamer Overdrive and Boost is entirely produced by Keeley Electronics and introduces the new aluminum chassis to the market, which will become the brand's standard.
