Designed as the ultimate tone shaping tool for your pedalboard, PRISM is a buffer, boost, preamp, EQ, and overdrive, all housed in a beautiful compact stainless steel chassis.

Just like an optical prism, which takes white light and breaks it down into the different colors of the spectrum, Jackson Audio's PRISM pedal takes your guitar's natural tone and amplifies it, shapes it, and transforms it into a completely new tone that will be uniquely yours.

Traditionally, most players use a boost/preamp pedal to drive the front-end of a tube amp into overdrive – and given the massive output signal PRISM is capable of, it does this very well. However, Jackson Audio encourages players to experiment by placing the pedal in front of their pedalboards and enjoy the many available tones, as the PRISM intensifies the existing signal chain.

The three distinct COLOR voicings allow the pedal to adapt to all types of sounds you want to achieve. The VINTAGE mode generates a Treble-Booster style boost with silicon transistors; AMP offers a very musical-sounding MOSFET boost that emulates the tonal response of an overdriven tube amplifier, while TRANS provides an ultra-transparent JFET boost circuit. Each boost/preamp circuit is totally distinct and is contained in its own True Bypass loop, so there is never any additional circuitry in the signal path.

At the end of the signal chain, PRISM features a high-current buffer that is used to strengthen the signal and preserve tone, regardless of the complexity of the pedalboard or the length of the cable returning to the amplifier.

Use PRISM to define your tone, overwhelm the front-end of your tube amp, or take existing pedals to a new dimension – however you use the pedal, it will be the cornerstone of your system for many years to come!
