The Ibanez GWB205E 5-string signature electric bass features an ash body, 3-piece GWB maple neck, and ebony fingerboard.

Three "thumbrest" buttons — one on the front horn and two located in different positions behind the bridge — allow the player to fine-tune the bass ergonomically according to hand positioning.

For electronics, this model features a pair of Bartolini GWB pickups and an integrated 2-band Bartolini NTBT EQ with an EQ bypass switch.
