The EHB bass body allows for the same playing position whether seated or standing, thanks to its ergonomic contour. Additionally, the presence of tone chambers makes these basses very light, well-balanced, and comfortable, all characteristics highly valued by bassists who need to play for extended periods. Furthermore, the additional bevel on the back of the body, behind the lower horn, provides very easy access to even the highest frets, while the inclination of the upper back allows the instrument to be tilted when seated, for better access to the entire length of the neck.
