<h1 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Korg Handytraxx</strong> is a portable turntable powered by AAA batteries or USB C (also with a power bank), equipped with advanced features and effects: Looper, Delay, and multimode filter. It plays 33, 45, and 78 RPM vinyl records, features pitch control, an interchangeable crossfader with a reverse function, and a headshell with "MM" mounting for installing your favorite stylus.</h1><p style="text-align: justify;">Building on the legacy of Vestax's iconic Handy Trax turntable, <strong>KORG Inc.</strong> is proud to announce a collaboration with the late former <strong>Vestax</strong> president, <strong>Toshihide Nakama</strong>. Toshihide served as a consultant for this new version of the portable turntable, which aims to become the preferred tool for portablism. To complete the list of controls, there's a Bypass for scratch and effect functions and a potentiometer for "Master" volume control.</p><h3><strong>The three filter types:</strong></h3><p> - DJ Filter (combined low-pass and high-pass).</p><p> - EQ Filter with bass isolator.</p><p> - WAH Filter with modulation.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The <strong>integrated looper</strong> allows you to capture and play back the sound of a record in real time (live looping). This tool offers unique creative possibilities: DJ-style mixing, recording favorite sounds, and switching between records without interrupting the loop.</p><h2 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Scratch and DJing without compromise</strong></h2><p style="text-align: justify;">The crossfader is extremely smooth, with a reverse function. The <strong>Handytraxx Play</strong> has been meticulously designed to offer an exceptional <strong>scratch</strong> experience. The high-quality fader, developed under Nakama's guidance, provides super smooth and precise movement, minimizing "mute" zones for accurate cuts and transitions. Both beginners and experienced portablists will appreciate the responsiveness and the ability to reverse the crossfader channels. Every detail of the fader has been optimized to enhance performance, while maintaining the portability that defines this instrument.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Headphone cueing/monitoring allows the looper to be used while listening to the playing record.</p><h2 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Korg Handytraxx is customizable</strong></h2><p style="text-align: justify;">From the removable platter to the interchangeable crossfader. You can mount your favorite stylus thanks to the headshell with "MM" attachment. He was involved in the design of their portable turntable, Handy Trax. Respecting the original, Korg worked with Toshi to develop the new <strong>Handytraxx</strong>, leveraging digital audio processing technology to create a new portable turntable. Unfortunately, Toshi suddenly passed away on June 10, 2023, during the development of Handytraxx. Inheriting his passion and philosophy, Korg continues the development of the new Handytraxx, and we all look forward to bringing it into your homes and to your consoles soon.
