Looking for the ultimate jazz guitar? This is the Guild A-150 Savoy. This fully-hollow guitar features a solid spruce top with arched flame maple back and sides, finished in a classic gloss polyurethane Blonde finish. The neck is mahogany (''Soft U'' profile) with a maple center reinforcement, the fretboard is rosewood or ebony with mother-of-pearl block inlays, and the binding and purfling are black or ivory ABS. The DeArmond Rhythm Chief 1000-style floating pickup completes this homage to the original 1950s jazz boxes with its characteristic full-bodied, dynamic, and detailed sound, the quintessence of jazz. The volume and tone controls are located under the Guild-branded single-ply pickguard. The A-150 Savoy completes its features with a compensated rosewood bridge and a custom aluminum tailpiece centered around the iconic Guild logo, and open-gear vintage-style Grover tuners with an 18:1 ratio. A TKL hardshell case is included.
