The Gibson Original Collection Les Paul Standard '50s Gold Top P90 faithfully reproduces the 1950s Les Paul. This Gibson Original Collection features a solid mahogany body with no weight relief, a maple top, a rounded 50s mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and classic trapezoid inlays. It has a classic Tune-O-Matic bridge, Vintage deluxe tuners, and amber top hat knobs. The pickups used are classic P-90s with Alnico II magnets, hand-wired with Orange Drop capacitors.

The Gibson Original Collection marks the return of Gibson's Golden Era. To celebrate its iconic past, Gibson reintroduces the classic guitars that shaped the sound of generations of musicians who made history.
