GIBSON J-45 STANDARD 2019 VINTAGE SUNBURST

The Gibson J-45 Standard is a Dreadnought-style guitar and is part of the Gibson catalog in the Round Shoulder series. In production since the 1940s, the J-45 remains one of the best-selling guitars in the Gibson Acoustic catalog, even for recording studio use.

It features scalloped bracing, 4-ply binding on the top, mother-of-pearl inlays, and vintage nickel tuners. The top is made of solid Sitka spruce, the back and sides are solid Honduran mahogany, and the bridge and fingerboard are rosewood.

The new version features improved electronics, the L.R. Baggs Element VTC, better feel thanks to a re-worked fingerboard for a more comfortable grip, frets made with PLEK, and a new finish that is even more beautiful and lustrous.
