Straight from Gibson Guitar's Historic Re-issue guitars comes the new Historic Spec series from Gibson Gear, parts that have been specially designed to replicate the original parts used by Gibson in the late 1950s. With this historic ABR-1 Non-Wire bridge, Gibson has recreated the famous non-wire bridge used on its electric guitars until 1962-63. "GIBSON ABR-1" is depicted in raised letters on the base of the bridge. The vintage bridge also includes unnotched saddles. The ABR-1 Non-Wire bridge, supplied with the complete assembly, is available in nickel or gold.
