Featuring a solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides, the medium-sized Newporter body shape delivers a balanced voice that is both articulate and powerful. Designed for performance, it also includes a Fender and Fishman® designed preamp system specifically tailored for the Newporter body shape, which allows the guitar's natural sound to be reproduced when connected to an amplifier. The mahogany neck features a slim, tapered "C"-shaped profile, inspired by Fender's electric heritage.
